We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of human resources management. The HR Manager will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with our company values and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, employee relations, and talent acquisition, with a passion for supporting the growth and success of our organization.
Location: Mumbai, India.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives and company culture.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to labour laws, employment practices and workplace/site safety.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in areas such as safety procedures, and professional development.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR management and recommend innovative solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and develop a diverse and high-performing workforce.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, preferably in the firefighting system integration industry or related field.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, with a strong understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations.
Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
