Job Summary:-

eGrove Systems Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in Domestic IT Staffing to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand our staffing business. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in acquiring Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) clients in the Indian IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:-

Client Acquisition & Business Growth:

• Identify and engage potential clients for IT staffing solutions in India.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, client meetings, and market research.

Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing their hiring needs effectively.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

• Meet sales targets by acquiring Permanent and C2H staffing clients.
• Craft business proposals and negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals.

Industry & Market Research:

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands in the IT sector.
• Identify opportunities for new staffing solutions based on market trends.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation strategies.

Strategic Sales Planning:

• Develop strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand business within existing clients.
• Suggest innovative staffing solutions to address client hiring challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven Track Record: Experience in IT Staffing Business Development with a strong client base in Permanent & C2H hiring.

• Industry Experience: Hands-on experience in Domestic IT Staffing & Recruitment industry.

• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to interact with clients at all levels, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

• Target-Driven: Should be highly goal-oriented with a strong ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.

• Client Handling Skills: Experience in managing end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to contract closure.

• Market Understanding: Knowledge of IT job roles, emerging technologies, and hiring trends in the Indian market.
