eGrove Systems is looking for a US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team and support hiring for the USA market.

Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Chennai/Madurai

Exp: 2 to 6Yrs

Shift timing: Night Shift (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Prior experience in handling IT Requirements.
• Ready to work in a cold calling environment and must have the potential to work on a high volume of requirements on a daily basis.
• Sourcing Candidates through various Job Portals.
• Interviewing candidates to check for their communication skills, technical skills as per clients needs & their suitability.
• Coordinating with the clients to get the requirements and following up with them for the feedback of the processed profiles.
