Job Role: IT Recruiter(On 3rd party payroll)

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment. This role will involve developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
• Indulge in end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and applicant tracking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Continuous process improvements, automation and digitization of the processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
