About Position: Expertise into managing properties, dark stores, hubs, vendor management and compliance

Key Deliverables: • Heading Property Acquisition function for the requirement of Mother Hub and Delivery Hub PAN India basis

• Maintained updated knowledge on demographic and real estate information for Plants/Warehouses/Experience Centre/Workshops/branches/retail customer centers at potential locations.

• Representing the organization in identification, verification and negotiations of properties followed by signing lease agreements and contracts.
• Coordination with different Business heads for delivering the project in time. • Involved in identification and empanelment of Real Estate channel Partner/TIS Contractor/Subcontractors based on project and operational requirements.
• Identification for suitable site ranging from 3000 sq ft to 3L Sq ft of area as per business requirement.
• Providing Admin and facility support to respective departments. • Ownership of maintenance and facility for 350 DHs PAN India.

• Defining and finalizing the vendor selection strategy.

• Contract management of Different vendor i.e. Property owners, Civil, PEB, MEP, Utilities, facility
• Identification and Finalization of PMC, Architect, and other consultants.
• Budget Forecasting
• Liasioning with local electricity Board and other statutory Body for ensuring the compliance.
• Required Skills & Qualification: Experience in real state/ ecommerce/ Supply chain industry will be an added advantage. Any Graduate/ PG can apply.
