As we rapidly expand, we are seeking an Operations Lead/Manager to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge advancements in EV technology and battery systems.
Job Summary:
The Operations Lead/Manager will be responsible for overseeing field operations across India, ensuring seamless execution of activities, managing a distributed team of field operation executives, and driving operational excellence. This role requires a proactive leader with expertise in project management, field team coordination, and operational strategy in the EV and battery technology domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate activities of field operation executives across India.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure safety protocol compliance and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Manage field operations for EV battery and charger/vehicle deployment and maintenance projects.
- Recruit, train, and mentor field teams for optimal performance.
- Manage field operations for EV battery deployment and maintenance projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and supply chain teams for project execution.
- Establish & monitor operational performance, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Conduct audits and provide actionable feedback to field teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Optimize resource allocation and implement cost-saving measures.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in EV, power systems, or charger/vehicle deployment projects.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Strong knowledge of EV battery systems, charger installation, and field deployment processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in the EV domain.
