Job Summary:
The Charger Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing field operations across India, ensuring seamless execution of activities, managing a distributed team of field operation executives, and driving operational excellence. This role requires a proactive leader with expertise in project management, field team coordination, and operational strategy in the EV and battery technology domain.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage field operations for EV charger and battery deployment, installation, and maintenance across India.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and productivity.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of field operation executives, ensuring high-performance execution.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and supply chain teams for seamless project execution.
Conduct audits, assess performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Optimize resource allocation, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Provide technical and operational support for troubleshooting and problem resolution in the field.
Drive innovation and process enhancements to improve charger infrastructure deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications Skills Required:
3+ years in operations management, preferably in EV infrastructure, power systems, or charger/vehicle deployment projects.
Strong understanding of EV battery systems, charger installation, and field deployment processes.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to track and manage field operations.
Proven experience in managing and mentoring distributed field teams.
Excellent ability to engage with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Ability to assess performance data, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in the EV sector.
Willingness to travel extensively across India for field operations
