Position: Charger Infrastructure Manager/Lead
Location: Delhi

As we rapidly expand, we are seeking an Charger Infrastructure Manager to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge advancements in EV technology and battery systems.
Job Summary:
The Charger Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing field operations across India, ensuring seamless execution of activities, managing a distributed team of field operation executives, and driving operational excellence. This role requires a proactive leader with expertise in project management, field team coordination, and operational strategy in the EV and battery technology domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage field operations for EV charger and battery deployment, installation, and maintenance across India.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and productivity.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of field operation executives, ensuring high-performance execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and supply chain teams for seamless project execution.
- Conduct audits, assess performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize resource allocation, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical and operational support for troubleshooting and problem resolution in the field.
- Drive innovation and process enhancements to improve charger infrastructure deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications Skills Required:
- 3+ years in operations management, preferably in EV infrastructure, power systems, or charger/vehicle deployment projects.
- Strong understanding of EV battery systems, charger installation, and field deployment processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to track and manage field operations.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring distributed field teams.
- Excellent ability to engage with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Ability to assess performance data, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in the EV sector.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for field operations
