About Us: Cleartax is a leading provider of Enterprise SaaS solutions for Tax Compliance and Supply Chain management. As we expand our presence in the Middle East, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and support our growing enterprise sales team in KSA and UAE. This role will be critical in enabling our sales teams to achieve their targets by optimizing processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and ensuring seamless execution of global GTM strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Operations Strategy & Execution Design, implement, and optimize sales operations processes to support the Middle East enterprise sales team (10+ members). Develop and manage sales performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track progress against goals (e.g., pipeline growth, conversion rates, revenue targets). Collaborate with sales leadership to align operations with global GTM strategies and regional business objectives. 2. CRM & Sales Tool Management Own and manage Salesforce as the primary CRM tool, ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and seamless integration with other tools. Build and maintain workflows, automation, and reporting to improve sales efficiency and productivity. Train and enable the sales team on CRM best practices and tools to maximize adoption and effectiveness. 3. Data Analysis & Insights Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in the sales process. Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments. Develop forecasting models to predict revenue and pipeline growth accurately. 4. Program Management Lead cross-functional projects to improve sales operations, including process redesign, tool implementation, and sales enablement initiatives. Partner with Head of Demand Gen, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales objectives. Manage sales compensation plans, quotas, and incentive structures to motivate and align the sales team. 5. Team Enablement & Support Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, providing operational support and removing roadblocks to success. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team s skills in using tools, processes, and data. Ensure the sales team has the resources, tools, and information needed to execute effectively. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales operations in SaaS / B2B Tech, or a similar role, with at least 2+ years supporting global enterprise tech GTM motions. Proven track record of managing operations for a 10+ member enterprise sales team. Experience working in SaaS or Enterprise Software industries is MUST Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) for managing sales workflows, reporting, and automation. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization. Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, HubSpot, Gong) is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent program management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement. Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
