Job Purpose:

The Global Data Operations Manager oversees the team that processes and delivers data output to Fugros client-facing entities in the APAC, AMER, and EUAF regions. The role involves accountability for the teams results, significant impact on engineering and geoscience activities, addressing issues beyond the teams scope, providing input for department plans to management, fostering cooperation within and between departments, and having full management authority including decisions on pay and terminations. The manager oversees a group of supervisors and large complex operations team(s) and may also serve as the Service Line Manager for a small Service Line, taking on the day-to-day Service Line Management responsibilities. Close collaboration with internal client-facing entities is essential to ensure timely and high-quality work, including ongoing improvements to cost models. The manager also coordinates with internal Innovation Teams to support product development for continuous improvement.

HSE Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring safety of self and others at site. Prevent damage of equipment and assets Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices Responsible for using appropriate PPE s Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse any to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his work place. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe To be able to operate fire extinguisher in case of fire To report an incident as soon as possible to immediate supervisor and HSE manager To complete HSE trainings as instructed to do so.
