About the Team
The Team is primarily responsible for supporting the business by providing valuable data insights to identify problems and execute effective solutions. Conduct deep-dive analyses on various HR data sets. Analyze employee feedback, engagement scores, and other related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to associate experience. Utilize Microsoft Power BI to create interactive and insightful dashboards that provide HR leaders with real-time data on key HR metrics. Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business intelligence reports. collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop tailored BI solutions.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to partner with senior members of global HR services to identify valuable insights that enable value added service delivery at the lowest service tier and continuous improvement. The individual will perform a variety of complex support activities in the administration of global HR services programs. Major responsibilities will include queries and analysis of complex HR service delivery data, operating model research and analysis, vendor and service performance analysis, process implementations, and proactively identifying areas of greater automation and self-service activities. This position must rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The Service Excellence Senior Business Analyst works closely with key stakeholders to understand the objective and ensure the appropriate HR Service Delivery insights are provided.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Proactively partner with the Directors of the global HR services team on strategy execution
  • Proactively provide insights to help ensure that information provided is aligned with HR and HR service delivery strategies and are progressive.
  • Queries and performs analysis of service delivery data to identify problems and support the identification and execution of solutions that solve the functional problem while still meeting broader global HR service needs.
  • Synthesizes findings, prepares reports and presentations, and presents findings to all of management.
  • Lead research of best practices, performance of benchmarking analysis and comparisons under the direction of the Global HR Services Directors.
  • Assist management in identifying opportunities of continual improvement in global HR service programs and barriers to change that limit the success of global HR service programs.
  • Supports audits related to the data quality and the correction of errors in HR databases.
  • Proactively reviews and evaluates reports and dashboards to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Recommends changes based on results of analysis performed. Provides upper management with hypotheses and recommendations related to the findings in the data.
  • Proactively provide consultative problem-solving support for identified business issues.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on various HR data sets, including employee engagement, turnover, and performance data.
  • Present findings to senior leadership with recommendations for strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting.

Associate Experience Analytics:

  • Analyze employee feedback, engagement scores, and other related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to associate experience.

Microsoft Power BI & Business Intelligence Insights:

  • Utilize Microsoft Power BI to create interactive and insightful dashboards that provide HR leaders with real-time data on key HR metrics.
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business intelligence reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop tailored BI solutions.

Chat GPT Implementation and Optimization:

  • Analyze interactions and feedback from AI tools to drive improvements and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement and optimize AI-driven solutions like Chat GPT for automating and enhancing HR services.

Years of Experience:

  • Required 3 Years in Relevant professional experience into Data Analysis & insights
  • Preferred 3 Years in Relevant professional experience into Operational Excellence, Process Efficiencies.

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

  • Required bachelor s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Preferred master s degree in related field

Skill Set Required

  • Required very strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite---Excel, Word, and Access, as well as other business-related software systems and analytical tools
  • Required Strong analytic skills (mathematical and statistical) to synthesize data and provide insights.
  • Required Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Required Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Required Excellent time management/organizational skills
  • Required Ability to work independently with high- delegation and little supervision on complex projects requiring frequent problem solving and critical thinking
  • Required Experience in ServiceNow, Workday, PowerBI and SQL reporting, AI Model Knowledge
