Job Title: Pre-Sales & Solutions for Financial Markets

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Pre-Sales professionals with a strong background in solution consulting and client engagement. The ideal candidates should have extensive experience in pre-sales across Banking Or Capital Markets, with a focus on understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solutioning: Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives, and provide customized solutions.
• Pre-Sales: Work closely with internal delivery & product teams to understand service & product offerings and effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor offerings and strengths to position our solutions effectively.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, marketing, and IT, to ensure alignment of customer needs with our solutions.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requirements.
• Feedback: Gather feedback from clients & sales teams during the pre-sales process to improve our solutions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15+ years of overall experience of which 10 years can be in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel, if required.
• Industry certifications or relevant educational background.
• Educational Qualifications: MBA or CA
• Advanced degree or certifications related to sales or business development would be an advantage.
