Job Details:
Role: Senior Process Manager Client Services Support (ETD space) | Full-time (FT)
Location: Mumbai – Maharashtra – India
Shift Timing: EMEA (2 PM to 11 PM IST) & NAM (6:30 pm to 3:30 pm). The team is working 24/5 so oversight will be required at other times
Minimum Academic Qualifications: Post Graduation (CA/M.Com./MBA/MCA/PGDM)
Key Skills: Problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, operational risk management, teamwork, pro-active, street smart
Experience Span: 4 to 6 years of experience in handling a team of a minimum of 20 members with experience in managing operations in the exchange trades derivatives space and an overall experience of 6 to 10 years
Process/Activities with Experience:
Financial Products Knowhow: Exchange traded derivatives
Tools/industry utilities: Docs, Atlantis, eRecs or equivalent, OCR, Derivative reference database, Jira
