Fake promises of Apgm and PGM. They conduct interviews for promotions that too fools of highest management people take them and fail then . PGMs are just good for nothing . They use chat gpt only in office .

People gets hired in Leadership role from other sectors which becomes difficult as creates work pattern not relevant to the business. Example: People gets hired for international market from domestic experience background and suddenly the vertical work culture changes

Work life was healthy earlier which lot of mature and sensible people working however multiple changes were made to make it further better which actually backfired due to people getting hired or promoted on tenure basis but not skills and caliber

There are a few good colleagues.

The work culture is extremely like a KPO... Too much micro management, uptight heirarchies, impatient and unempathetic management. They will hire people for one location, but due to lack of projects, will force them to go to different cities. The managers don't want employees to utilize any of their leaves.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
