Client Service Manager

Assist in onboarding new clients resident individuals, corporate account, NRI account. This includes preparing relevant forms and checklists.
Collecting and thoroughly checking the relevant documents for signs and stamps
Work closely with the sales team, relationship managers, operations team, and compliance team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain MIS of client details.
Send various reports to clients on requirement basis.
Other responsibilities include scanning and preparing post account opening documents
