Job Description

Travel: Minimal Travel within NCR
Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any Stream
Experience: 2-4 years (Ideally in a Digital/Creative/Media Company)
Knowledge & behavioural skills Required
Familiarity with Digital Platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram etc.
Elementary knowledge of Digital advertising environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good Working knowledge of Word/Excel/PPT etc.
Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
Passion towards work and willingness to learn
Commitment towards responsibilities

Role:
Managing existing client relationships
Drafting & sending proposals resolving queries
Have a keen eye on data & trends; leverage analytics for better sales/service
Collaborate with other team members to provide prompt solutions to clients
Business Development & Revenue enhancement from existing & new clients
Research and identify new trends in Social Media/Google

I think the company is the best as a startup. Work-life balance is really good and the management is also very good and very helpful.

Dislikes

There is a pressure of work which is mostly everywhere and I don't dislike the company for it. For working in pressured environment if you can't do it then you can't do a proper job.
