Role & Industry - Quantity Surveyor for Construction Site

Location - Fiji

Qualification - Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience - 8 years minimum

Contract terms - 3 years

Working days - Mon-Sat

Age - 35-50 years old

Accommodation - Provided by employer

Food - Self by candidate

Job Description

• Prepare detailed Cost Estimates for construction project, including labor, material, BOQ (bill of quantities)
• Analyze and review Tender documents
• Monitor and control project expenditures under approved budgets
• Negotiate with contractors, suppliers & subcontractors
• Familiarity with Contract Administration and legal aspects of construction projects.
• Proficiency in working with AutoCAD, MS Excel and related software.
• Passport Mandatory

Salary Offered ( In hand per month ) : Rs 90,000 fixed for 3 years
