Personal Assistant To Managing Director (Outside India)

Job Description:

We are thrilled to announce an exciting job opportunity in Fiji (an island country in the South Pacific Ocean). This position offers the chance to work abroad, and collaborate across cultures.

Certificate & Education Required

PA should have a minimum Bachelors degree in any field.

Work Experience

PA should have worked as a PA for minimum 3 years.

Job Description

• Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their managers attention
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Organizing events and conferences
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Collating and filing expenses
• Personal tasks as required.

Work Timings

6 Days a Week from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm.

Holidays

1 Day Holiday Sunday.

Salary Take Home Per Month

Range is Rs 60,000 to 90,000 (Fixed for 3 Years)

Note -

1) Visa fees and recruitment fees to be born by the candidate.

2) Air Ticket to be born by the employer.

3) Accommodation is free for 3 years.

4) Food - Self by candidate.

5) Contract Term - 3 Years
