Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned General Manager HR to oversee and manage the complete range of human resource operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a positive working environment. This role is responsible for driving the HR strategy across the company while ensuring operational efficiency and fostering a motivated and productive workforce.

MBA in Human Resources or equivalent HR qualification.
Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in HR management, with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and retention strategies.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in HR software systems (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, or equivalent).
Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, with the capability to drive change and improve HR functions.
