Quality Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Controller/Manager to oversee the quality assurance processes in our IT projects. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the companys software products meet all relevant quality standards before release. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Lead and manage all aspects of internal process and compliance needs for ISO 9001 standards
• Review project requirements and provide guidance on best practices for quality assurance on the existing and upcoming projects.
• Provide support to the service delivery team for root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any identified issues.
• Manage, mentor, and train junior team members.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality across the departments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in quality assurance.
• Propose and implement process improvements to prevent future quality issues.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure proper documentation of all necessary compliance related documents according to company standards.
• Devise and implement the digital transformation strategy to optimize and streamline company processes for increased efficiency and innovation.
• Identify and manage quality-related risks, ensuring timely resolutions and minimizing impact on project timelines and deliverables.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Must be ITIL certified.

Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in IT/software development.

Proven experience in leading and managing quality assurance teams and projects.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering quality products/services.

Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.

Leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
