Job description: Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for handling inward calls, emails and chats from customers interested in buying our products and services
• Assist the sales team with sales-related tasks such as managing customer orders, preparing quotes, and processing orders.
• Understand the customer's need and connect the customer to the relevant sales team.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and provide any additional support as needed.
• Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and current. Enter sales data into the CRM system
• Prepare quotations and share with customers if required
• Coordinate with customers for their purchase orders and loading of order in CRM
• Provide post-sales support to customers, such as. delivery and installation
• Follow up with customers for payments
• Handle escalations from customers related to all aspects of sales
• Answer inbound calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Meet performance metrics such as first-call resolution, average response time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of IT equipment such as laptop, desktops, servers, and storage will be an advantage
• Must have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Should have the passion for helping customers.
• Preference will be given to those with knowledge of IT products & services.
• Should be well versed in software tools viz CRM, spreadsheets, documents, email, etc.
• Experience of working on Excel & Word documents
• Ability to build long-term relationship with customers
• Should be Presentable & Cheerful
