Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for customers based on product requirements.
  
• Provide sales support by processing orders, generating reports, and maintaining customer databases.
  
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups with clients to meet cash flow targets.
  
• Offer after-sales service support to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction ratings.
  
• Assist in back office operations such as order processing, inventory management, and documentation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or related field (B2B).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical).
  
• Strong understanding of quotation preparation, sales administration, payment collection processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
