Roles and Responsibilities

• Finalize the best offer by evaluating all relevant factors.
  
• Evaluate bids based on predefined criteria such as price, quality, delivery schedule, etc.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of tenders received from various contractors/vendors.
  
• Coordinate with project managers to gather necessary information for tender preparation.
  
• Prepare tender documents, including bid solicitation, technical specifications, and budgetary requirements.
