Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of sales coordination in marketing domain in chemical manufacturing units.
• Handling documentation - Invoicing / Order/Samples/TDS/COA/ PO / PR & Document required in Domestic and international operations.
• Coordination and follow-up with various departments- factory/Purchase/Courier/logistics department.
• Data Entry with good knowledge on Excel and word.
• Should be good with typing speed.
• Female Candidates will be given preference.
• Good Communication & Coordination skills with multitasking capabilities clubbed with proficiency in Email and MS Excel skills are required.
• Experience in sales or similar activity will be given preference.
• Candidate will act as back-office coordinator for Sales Team.
• Customer centric approach and a service attitude is plus.
• SAP knowledge is Plus.
• Tracking inward & Outward samples.
• Updating records i.e. MIS.
• Should be Team Player & Focused.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation is must in the field of science or commerce or management studies.
• Excellent communication skills verbal & written (English fluency is must).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office, excel etc.
• SAP knowledge is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Freshers can also apply .
