Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales team
• Prepare quotations and share with customers
• Coordinate with customers for their purchase orders
• Provide post sales support to customers such as. delivery and installation
• Follow up with customers for payments
• Handle esclations from customers related to all aspects of sales
• Build long term relationship and ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of IT equipment such as laptop, desktop, server, storage will be an advantage (but is not mandatory)

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of Excel & Word
• Ability to build long term relationship with customers
• Should be Presentable & Cheerful
