Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives to join our growing team and contribute in selling our cutting-edge e-learning platforms. This role is focused on engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, delivering tailored solutions to drive sales and achieve targets.


Employment Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking,referrals & in person contact.
  • Actively engage with prospects to explain the benefits and features of the companys e-learning platforms.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how the platform will meet customer’s needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer engagement ,interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team lead and management regarding market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal team members , including marketing and customer support, to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and emerging technologies in the Education Sector.
  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and trust in the product.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software products and solutions, preferably in the EdTech industry .
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and objectives on daily/weekly & on monthly bases .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
