Overview:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources
practices and processes within the organization. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee
relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR
policy management.

Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Manager , you will be responsible for -

1.Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Managing the hiring process, from job postings to conducting interviews.
  • Coordinating recruitment campaigns and job fairs.
  • Preparing offer letters and employment contracts

  • Employee Onboarding:
  • Conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Introducing new employees to the company culture, policies, and procedures.

  • Employee Relations:
  • Acting as a point of contact for employee concerns or issues.
  • Mediating conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
  • Promoting a positive work environment and addressing grievances.

  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Managing payroll processes and ensuring timely payments.
  • Administering employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and bonuses.
  • Assisting in salary reviews and adjusting compensation packages as necessary.

  • Training and Development:
    Identifying training needs and organizing employee development programs.
  • Coordinating employee performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Supporting career growth initiatives for employees.

  • Compliance and Policy Management:
    Ensuring that the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assisting in the creation or revision of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handling workplace safety issues and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

  • HR Administration:
    Maintaining accurate employee records (both digital and paper).
  • Preparing HR reports for management, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction surveys, etc.
  • Managing attendance records and leave management systems.

  • Employee Engagement and Retention:
    Developing strategies to improve employee morale and retention.
  • Organizing team-building activities or company events.
  • Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and improve retention strategies.

Qualifications:
•  Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•  Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the education or school sector.
•  Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
•  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•  Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in India.
