HR Generalist

Position: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager- HR

Industry : Facility Management

Job Location: Prabhadevi - Mumbai

No of days working : Mon to Sat (Alternate Sat off)

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
• Create contacts within the industry.
• Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
• Prepare online Offer letter, On Boarding, Joining Formalities.
• Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
• Assists with coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation program
• Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements.
• Maintain & Updating of IT Asset list which are allotted to employees to the IT team on timely basis.
• Planning and implementing different employee engagement activity for the Site Staff.
• Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts.
• Making Daily / Weekly / Monthly recruitment tracker.

Note:

This role is 70% into recruitment & 30% into Operations.

Candidate with Facility Management industry knowledge would be preferrable.
