Head of Overseas Staffing Agency

Role & responsibilities

As the Head of the Recruiting Agency in India, you will be responsible for:

- Launching and making the agency profitable

- Establishing and maintaining operational and QA processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

- Continuously seeking growth opportunities for the company by meeting potential clients and attending industry events.

- Developing and implementing strategies for promoting the company in overseas markets.

- Ensuring the company's business activities comply with all legal requirements.

- Monitoring subordinates reports and handling complex client issues.

- Resolving issues with consulates and other authorities.

- Managing a team.

-Preparing and managing the agency's budget.

-Interacting with government authorities to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in sending blue collar labor from India to UAE and Qatar.

- Experience in client acquisition in international markets, or have an existing client base.

- Leadership experience, managing a team of at least three people.

- A minimum of five years of experience in the overseas staffing industry in the areas such as manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and mining.

- Readiness to go to business trips abroad once every 3 months
