Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT staffing sales, with a strong ability to develop client relationships, manage end-to-end sales processes, and drive business growth. Experience in SAP staffing will be an added advantage.

  • Key Responsibilities
    1. Sales and Business Development
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT staffing and SAP staffing.
    Generate leads, set up meetings, and pitch staffing solutions to potential clients.
    Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
    2. Client Relationship Management
    Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
    Act as a point of contact for client escalations and ensure a high level of customer
    satisfaction.
    3. Market Research and Strategy
    Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and potential clients.
    Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing
    accounts.
    4. Staffing Solutions and Proposals
    Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver quality candidates aligned with client
    requirements.
    Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements to clients.
    5. Reporting and Metrics
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
    Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    2. 4-8 years of experience in sales and business development within IT staffing or recruitment.
    3. Experience in SAP staffing is highly preferred.
    4. Familiarity with IT technologies, staffing processes, and market dynamics.
    5. Understanding SAP modules and related technologies is an advantage.
    6. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    7. Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
    8. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    9. Problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
    10. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-orientated.
