E2E Networks - Project Manager (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership & Management: Lead and manage AI-related projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception through to production.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

- Track and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

- Use Jira or other productivity tools for project tracking and monitoring.

- AI Solution Development: Work closely with software engineers to ensure project requirements align with development milestones.

- Oversee the integration of Artificial Intelligence technologies, such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models, and Generative AI into the product.

- Ensure that AI solutions are developed in alignment with business needs and meet quality standards.

- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Serve as the main point of contact between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project progress.

- Collaborate effectively with other departments, including product management and quality assurance, to align on requirements and expectations.

- Cloud Environment Management: Manage AI solutions deployed in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS to ensure scalability, performance, and security.

- Oversee the cloud infrastructure setup and configurations required for AI-driven applications and ensure proper integration with the existing systems.

- Process Improvement & Reporting: Provide regular project updates, status reports, and documentation to stakeholders.

- Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve project management and product development processes.

- Ensure continuous improvement in project delivery through lessons learned, retrospectives, and post-project evaluations.

- Artificial Intelligence Frameworks and Tools: Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLMs, and Generative AI.

- Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks/tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and RPA frameworks (e.g., UI Path) for integration into the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of3 years of professional experience in project management, with at least 1 year focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Strong understanding and experience with AI frameworks including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI (Gen AI).

- Familiarity with RPA frameworks/tools such as UI Path is a plus.

- Proven experience in solution/product development, leading projects from requirements gathering through to production.

- Proficiency in productivity tools like Jira for project tracking and monitoring.

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Experience with cloud environments, specifically Azure or AWS.
