Job Description:


The HR Head will lead all human resources functions, shaping HR strategy to support the company's objectives within the dynamic cloud services sector. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR operational excellence. The ideal candidate will ensure that HR functions align with business goals and foster a high-performance culture.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring efficient and scalable hiring strategies.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning needs.
  • Implement employer branding strategies to enhance talent attraction.
  • Optimize recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and data analytics for better hiring decisions.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Lead the HR Operations team to ensure seamless employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, exits).
  • Oversee HR policies, compliance, and statutory regulations (labor laws, PF, ESI, tax laws, etc.).
  • Optimize HRIS systems and HR technology to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits management.

3. Employee Engagement & Performance Management

  • Develop and drive employee engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead performance management systems, ensuring continuous feedback and career development.
  • Implement training & development programs for employee growth.

4. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Align HR functions with overall business strategy and goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on HR-related initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
  • Drive HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

5. Employee Relations and Development

  • Address employee issues, provide immediate solutions, and develop a learning workplace environment.
  • Foster team building and follow the rules and regulations of the human resource industry.

6. Leadership and Team Management

  • Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners, fostering their professional growth and ensuring consistent HR practices across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance HR effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years in human resources, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within the technology or cloud services industry.
  • Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) are a plus.
  • Skills: Strategic HR management, talent management, change leadership, HR technology expertise.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the cloud services industry, including talent trends, operational challenges, and employee engagement strategies.
