E2E Networks - Senior Manager - Finanace - CA (8-9 yrs)

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Provide insightful analysis of financial performance to support decision-making.

- Monitor key financial metrics and trends, identifying areas for improvement.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Communicate financial results to senior management and stakeholders.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS & other statutory laws & regulations.

- Manage internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.

- Assess and mitigate financial risks through appropriate strategies.

Cash Management:

- Oversee cash flow management, optimizing working capital and liquidity.

- Manage banking relationships and financial investments.

Financial Strategy:

- Provide strategic financial recommendations to the executive team.

- Participate in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and investment decisions.

Audit and Compliance:

- Coordinate financial audits, both internal and external.

- Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

Vendor and Contract Management:

- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to optimize costs.

- Monitor vendor performance and adherence to contractual terms.

Technology and Systems:

- Implement and maintain financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Stay updated on emerging financial technologies and recommend relevant innovations.

Skill Sets and qualifications required:

- Qualified CA.

- Proven experience in financial management

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.

- Proficiency in financial softwares
