Role and Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and leads within the US Real Estate domain.

Utilize various online and offline resources to compile a list of potential leads.

2. Data Research and Data Mining: Research and collect relevant information about prospective clients, including their key decision-makers, company size, and industry.

Utilize data mining techniques to gather valuable insights for lead generation.

3. Company Research: Conduct in-depth research on target companies to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.

Gather intelligence on competitors and market trends.

4. Email Campaigns & Follow-up: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients.

Monitor and follow up on email responses, inquiries, and interest from prospects.

5. Cold Calls: Initiate cold calls to potential clients to introduce the company's services and gauge their interest.

6. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of the company's offerings.

7. Prospect Analysis: Analyse and categorize leads based on their level of interest, potential for conversion, and alignment with company goals.

Prioritize leads for further engagement and follow-up.

8. CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads and clients in the CRM system.

Track progress, schedule follow-ups, and set reminders for future engagements.

9. Setting up Teleconference Calls (TC): Coordinate with prospects to schedule and organize teleconference calls with the company's business team.

Ensure all necessary information and resources are available for successful TCs.


Shift: Work night shifts from Monday to Friday onsite to align with the working hours of the US and UK regions.


Monthly Target: Achieve a predefined number of successful teleconference calls per month as part of the business development goals.


Prefer Immediate Joiners: Give preference to candidates who can join the team promptly to meet the demands of the role effectively.


Key Qualifications:


  • Any Graduate from Science / Engineering / Arts
  • 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (Monday to Friday).
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly teleconference call targets.
