Operations Manager

Manager manage the specific department and responsible for efficient and effective supervision of specific departments processes and operations. Act as an interface to customer support team, technical team and the top management.

• Lead department staff in achieving process Key Performance Indicators and productivity targets
• Accountable for execution of the department staff’s day-to-day operations within the quality objectives of the organization
• Manage operational risk and maintain business continuity plan for the service
• Technical mastery of their own field, able to communicate confidently at any required level and colleagues
• Ensure pro-active communication to team members and with the supporting department on projects and other updates
• Take responsibility for recruiting talented members to the team
• Foster high level of employee engagement, retention and develop future managers
• Lead creation of engaging, productive and innovative work culture
