Role & responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through discussions , document analysis, requirements meetings, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• Participate in process flow analysis and process design along with the technical team
• Create & Manage Requirement Documents
• Understand Dashboard, Analytics & Reporting Requirement and get that prepared with the
  help of Developer & Database Administrator
• Preparing SOW, BRD's and FRD and preparing flowcharts.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should have knowledge and exposure of projects having featuring CRM/ERP/SAP,

The candidate is expected to have any one of the following Certifications : IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) / IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) / IIBA Certification in Business Data Analytics (CBDA) / PMI / Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) , or any other,
