Onsite Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

• troubleshoot technical issues, provide customer support, and maintain software and infrastructure onsite. Some of their responsibilities include:
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, such as hardware or software faults, and provide solutions
• Customer support: Provide timely customer feedback and solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintenance: Maintain software applications and infrastructure, including OS patching, application patching, and minor infrastructure changes
• Documentation: Write documentation, such as maintenance guides and steps to resolve issues
• Collaboration: Work closely with the support and R&D team to resolve incidents
• Communication: Communicate with technical staff from vendors and customers
• Asset tracking: Track hardware and software assets
• Warranty management: Manage warranties with vendors and third parties
• Training: Schedule customer and technical support training for field staff
