Job Description
- We are looking for a Data cum Business analyst professional for Bhopal Madhya Pradesh , This is in office working at Customer site MPSeDC, The candidate should have knowledge and exposure of projects having featuring CRM/ERP/SAP, along with the stated qualifications the candidate must have any one of the Certifications like , IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) / IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) / IIBA /PMI.The candidate Out of the total 10 years experience the candidate is expected to have around 6 years of experience in e-Governance Projects or in Project Coordination in Centre/State/Public Sector Units.
Job Profile
- Qualification : B.Tech, MBA, MBA (IT), MCA
Role & Responsibility
- Gather requirements through discussions , document analysis, requirements meetings, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.-Participate in process flow analysis and process design along with the technical team-Create & Manage Requirement Documents-Understand Dashboard, Analytics & Reporting Requirement and get that prepared with thehelp of Developer & Database Administrator-Preparing SOW, BRD's and FRD and preparing flowcharts.- Routine co-ordination with customer and internal team
