Job Description
- Develop and execute overall project procurement strategy in compliance with requirements, policies, and processes.
- Define vendor list for the full external spend, manage RfX process and contracting/ordering process.
- Closely collaborate with colleagues from Group Operational Excellence, the BU s and Group Procurement.
- Prepare and lead fact-based negotiations and award contracts for all equipment & services required in the projects.
- Mitigate procurement related risks.
- Measure and evaluate supplier performance.
- Enforce, share and implement best practices.
- In-depth proven knowledge of drafting and implementing Large Capex project procurement strategies.
- Category Local Market insight in our Industry.
- 15+ years experience with the dynamics in multi-million projects from feasibility until mechanical completion in multinational companies.
- Contract management skills.
- Act responsibly and work efficiently, self-leadership.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Collaboration excellence, decision making, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Result oriented, emotional intelligence, quick learning, can-do attitude.
