Roles & Responsiblities:-

• Accountable & responsible for all the activities & events that take place within his/her allocated center.
• Ensure top class service is provided to all the customers, consumers to facilitate customer retention and accelerate repeat visits
• Ensure Customer Relationship building and feedback mechanism from existing customers
• Ensure that every customer fills up their feedback form
• Ensure accurate information dissemination via all center staff to minimize errors, promote services and increase business revenue
• Ensure that customer is provided with all the data relating to their inquiry, to facilitate conversion of an inquiry to a sale
• Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures [SOPs] are followed by team in the centre to ensure improved TAT.
