Job Description

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES Job Purpose/Objective The purpose of this role to present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to new prospective customers. Key responsibilities
  • Achieve End customer target for Terminal which includes target number.
  • Align and drive End customer strategy for DP World portfolio for CCT.
  • Progressively revisit supply chain requirements for end customers provide them integrated supply chain solution.
  • To be a key player to gather Customer Intelligence and co-ordinate with manager to develop customer specific solutions
  • Prepare regular management reports for end customer volume revenue forecast.
  • Effective co-ordination with customers for credit and collections as per agreed terms.
  • Manage internal external stakeholders relation.
  • Assistance in arranging trade gathering/function.
QUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCIES Skills and Competencies
  • Good knowledge about EXIM products services. Prior experience in End to End Logistics Sales for direct customers.

Internal: CCT Commercial Team
External: End customers (BCO)
  • Educational Qualification (min)
MBA or equivalent from a reputed University
  • Preferred Certifications if any

  • Range/ Min no of years - of overall Experience required
6-8 years proven experience in Sales Marketing.
  • Min no of years of Industry specific experience required, if any the industry type
Minimum 6 years proven experience in sales marketing in Shipping line, Terminal Commercial, Freight forwarding.
