Job Description

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Specialist in Communication and Projects to drive impactful projects, lead workshops, and manage key communication initiatives. This role requires exceptional presentation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Reporting to: Senior Manager - Feeder Operations

Strategic Communication:

Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with corporate goals and values.
Craft clear, compelling, and persuasive messages for internal and external audiences.

Project Management:

Lead and manage communication-related projects from concept to execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of objectives.

Workshops and Training:

Design and deliver workshops to enhance communication skills across teams.
Facilitate sessions to drive engagement, knowledge sharing, and alignment on business priorities.

Presentation Excellence:

Create high-quality presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas.
Deliver impactful presentations to senior management, stakeholders, and external audiences.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor on communication strategies and messaging.

Content Development:

Produce high-impact content for various channels, including newsletters, reports, and digital platforms.
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all communication materials.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor s/master s degree in communications, Public Relations, HR, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in communications, projects, people relations or a similar role.
Proven experience in managing projects and facilitating workshops.
Proficiency in communication tools such as PowerPoint, MS Office etc.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
