Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for qualifying prospects and closing sales deals over the phone or through digital communication channels. This role involves understanding merchant needs, presenting product/service solutions, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Responsible for cold calling, sales and business development of all offline retail categories to sell DotPe product.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Present product/service offerings to potential Merchants in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Close sales deals by effectively addressing Merchants concerns and objections.
• Manage end to end sales cycle presentation, commercial negotiation, defining merchant scope of work, coordination with internal team to ensure timely merchant go live.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Responsible for achieving set sales targets.
Qualifications / Skills:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inbound sales or telemarketing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Expert understanding of product, and ability to innovate new ways the products can serve customers.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
