Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls to connect with potential business loan customers.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, and process to leads and convert them into applications.
• Work on lead follow-ups, documentation coordination, and loan processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams for faster approvals & disbursements.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer details.

Requirements:

• Any UG/graduate with at least 6 months of work experience.
• 1-5 years of experience in inside sales/tele-sales (business loans preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of loan products & financial services is a plus.
