The sales team leaders are good.
I was in inside sales and we were never provided with good leads. In the end, only the people already in the system were able to deliver on desired performance parameters. They give very bad service to their customers which leads to negative word of mouth and in my case loss of potential business and embarrassment. Their main business is of making websites.

1. Poor employee flexibility ( mandatory punch-in punch out 10-7 hours, work on weekends, work after 7 pm if bugs come). 2. No care for employees. Management is the worst. This isn't a tech company anymore. Clueless HRs have ruined the beautiful organization it was. This is just a sales company now 3. They have 0 clue about their features. If 2-3 merchants demand something they go on to make a feature, CTO gives weird timelines and is clueless about what it means to maintain a good codebase. 4. Shrewed company, they won't care whether you have an emergency or you have health issues. They want to go back to 2014 when everyone was in office whether you could walk properly or not. HRs are heartless. HRs are the reason this company's beautiful culture has now been ruined for tech and almost everyone is looking to switch. 5. No flexibility, no appraisal in the last 2 years. 6.
