- DNA Growth is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute our recruitment strategies.
- This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes while simultaneously mentoring and managing a team of recruiters.
- As an individual contributor and team leader, you will ensure the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent to meet the company's current and future workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Leverage innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for various roles, including IT, Finance, Marketing, Research, and other domains.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance.
- Monitor and review the team's recruitment KPIs and ensure timely achievement of targets.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Provide market insights and hiring trends to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Enhance the company's employer brand by creating a positive candidate experience and promoting DNA Growth as an employer of choice.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition forums.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to senior management.
Qualifications/Skills:.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of hiring across diverse domains.
- Prior experience in team management and individual contribution roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, and HR software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of industry trends, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
