Job Title: Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter - Domestic
Location: Tiruchirappalli
Position Type: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Recruitment Strategy & Planning:**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for domestic roles.
2. **Talent Sourcing & Screening:**
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
3. **Interviewing & Selection:**
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations.
4. **Candidate Management:**
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Address candidate inquiries and provide feedback as needed.
5. **Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:**
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
6. **Employer Branding:**
- Promote the companys employer brand and work to enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.
- Participate in job fairs and industry events to build relationships and attract talent.
7. **Compliance & Best Practices:**
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience:** 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate environment.
Strong client handling experience needed
- **Skills:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
