Job Title: Executive / Sr Executive- Branch Operations

Position Summary: This person will be responsible for processing New Business & Customer Service in Branches.

Key deliverables: The person will be responsible for delivering:

• Processing the New Business Policies.
• Processing of Endorsement of Policies.
• Management of certificate of Insurance of the various master policyholders.
• Processing of Renewal premiums.
• Managing the renewal notices.
• Managing the stamp endorsement of the policies.
• Managing tickets in CTA.
• Dispatching of Policy Documents and Endorsement letters to the master policy holder.
• Doing Root cause analysis and resolving the system issue cases.
• Processing customer requests for different type of services like fund switches etc.
• Cross selling Life Insurance

Reporting structure: This person will report to the Cluster Manager - Branch Operation.

Direct reports: Depending on the scale of business Direct Report requirement will be decided.

Key relationships: Sales, Operations, Actuarial, Finance, lT.

Personal Profile:

Qualification and experience: Any Graduate or Post Graduate Preferably a Licentiate or Associate of III, with at least 3-5 years of work experience in Group/ Life/Insurance Operations . Pursing any other insurance qualifications would be preferential.

Key functional competency: Knowledge of basic Group/ Life insurance Operations essential. Exposure to insurance trainings /workshops would be an added advantage.

• Strong communication skills: Ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively
• Strong Analytical Skill: Ability to do RCA for system issue cases
• Planning and Organization: Effectiveness in planning and organizing activities of himself
• Energy: Ability to maintain a high activity level
