Pramerica Life Insurance - Manager/Senior Manager - Group Pricing - Actuarial (5-10 yrs)

Required candidates with a minimum of 5-6 years of working experience preferably in pricing of the Group business quotations of a life insurance or Reinsurance company. The candidate would be managing the group pricing team of 4-5 team members and would report to the Pricing Actuary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage quotes for Employer-Employee group term life business.

- Manage quotes for Microfinance group affinity business and Group Credit Business.

- Engaging with reinsurance in getting the best terms for providing the above quotes.

- Assisting in the finalization of new reinsurance treaties, helping in seeking approvals from various stakeholders documentation and filing of final treaties to the regulator and for internal bookkeeping etc.

- Performing analysis of business written on a regular basis, calculating and publishing loss ratios, etc.

- Pricing of New group products- preparing IRDAI and PMC documents as required

- Preparation of Benefit Illustrations and calculators required for new product set up along with providing support with system UAT as required

- Maintenance of group governance framework and other compliance checklists for audit checks.

- Liaise with other departments such as Products, IT, OPS, etc for various jobs for efficient project management.
