Dista - UX Designer - Figma/Adobe XD (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research and analysis, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.

- Create user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts.

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.

- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.

- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX design.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of the design system.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

- Experience working on B2B products is a plus.

- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
