Engineer/Sr. Manager - Quantity Surveyor For Pre-Bid Activities - BD

Position : Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Manager / Sr. Manager (Business Development - Quantity Surveyor for Pre-Bid Activities)

Experience : 8-10 Years, preferably having exposure in large Infrastructure / EPC

Companies.

No of Positions : Total 3 (Engr / Sr Engr - 2 & Mgr / Sr. Mgr -1)

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Understand and prepare the scope of works as per the scope of works given in bidding Document
• Responsible for estimation and preparation of Pre bid BOQ
• Analysis and verification of Prebid BOQ provided by Pre bid Consultant.
• Ability to analyse and optimise the quantities as per latest trends/technologies/Value Engineering propsals
• Market Analysis
• Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for a logical closure.
• Participation in the pre-tendering activities with client, consultant and project managers and raising relevant pre-bid queries from the given tender.
• Coordination with the design team for analysing applicable drawings.
• Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise project outcomes and achieve value for money.

Required Skills/Competencies:

• Shall have good knowledge and understanding of Bidding documents of Infrastructure projects in EPC/HAM/BOT/TOT Mode.
• Shall have good knowledge and understanding of latest trends/technologies/Value Engineering proposals.
• Shall have good Knowledge and understanding of applicable Codal Provisions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
